Refer to this chart to determine the springs you need. Measurements are from the middle of the coil to the end of the long arm of the spring.

New generation CC skid frames using the ‘kinked’ torsion springs, 14-15” Long

• 0 – 100 lb rider: Stock springs
• 100 – 140 lb rider: 1x stock and 1x 13/80°
• 140 – 190 lb rider: pair of 13/80°
• 190 – 210 lb rider: pair of 13/70°
• 210 – 230 lb rider: 1x 13/70° and 1x 16/80°
• 230 – 260 lb rider: 1x 13/70° and 1x 16/80° Firmer top travel, softer bottom travel.
• 230 – 280 lb rider: 2x 16/80° Softer top travel, stronger bottom travel.
• 280 – 310 lb rider: 1x 16/80° and 1x 18/75°
• 310 + lb rider: 2x 18/75°

Switchback Torsion spring skid, uses longer torsion springs with no kink, 16.5” Long

• 100 – 190 lb Rider: Stock torsion springs
• 190 – 220 lb Rider: 1x stock and 1x 1.94/90°
• 220 – 240 lb Rider: 2x 1.94/90°
• 240 – 270 lb Rider: 1x 1.94/90° and 1x 2.3x
• 270 – 300 lb Rider: 2x 2.3 x’s
