TRACK DAY & RACE WEEKEND SCHEDULE

For the serious Pro or Amateur rider who is looking to advance their knowledge of motorcycle on-track response and tuning. This service mimics a factory Pro-level crew chief function.

• John is on-hand in hot pit during Friday morning and afternoon practice sessions, Saturday morning practice, Saturday qualifying, and Sunday morning practice.
• John will be available during these times for live de-brief and tuning in hot pit. Includes us keeping track of your complete motorcycle settings and we record each lap time for our records to help guide successful adjustments
• Included is up to a half hour de-brief after each session (time permitting).
• Included is an evening team meeting to discuss suspension tuning and riding strategies.
• Included (if rider is available) a Thursday evening suspension set up and consultation.

Cost

• $750 before tax per a CSBK Round for the services noted above.
• A 50%* deposit is required in advance to secure your spot with remaining balance due by lunch time on Sunday.

Not included is additional labour over and above these sessions.

The Accelerated Technologies Tuning Trailer will be on-hand for spring changes, revalving, and general suspension service work, which will be charged separately.

Availability

• A maximum of two riders per a class will be accepted for this support program to ensure optimal individualized attention.
• Weekend contract concludes Sunday at lunch-time, as we find most riders have their setup decided by this point.

For the rider looking for direction during the course of a weekend to try and get to the podium quicker. Often, we see tuning solutions that are obvious to an experienced tuner will escape most riders for a full season. This service will keep the rider on track to achieving their goals much quicker each weekend.

• Included is a de-brief back at our trailer after each track session to get the complete maximum possible out of each lap on the track all weekend

Cost

• $500 before tax per a SOAR Round for the services noted above.
• A 50%* deposit is required in advance to secure your spot with balance due by lunch time on Sunday.

• Compression, rebound, and spring preload are set with direction given to ride height and basic bike geometry.
• Tire pressure rise and other tuning aids are discussed that are specific to the track in attendance.

• $75 before tax

• Appointments are encouraged, but not mandatory, and are performed outside the Accelerated Technologies Tuning Trailer.
